Developing a strong Indiana co-working network
Having co-working programs sprinkled throughout the state has already been a huge factor in our state’s innovation and technology advances. To take it to the next level, Launch Indiana is looking to develop a co-working program in every single county in Indiana. That’s 92 co-working spaces designed for entrepreneurs, start-ups, and enterprises to use for the continued growth of their companies.
Building Internet of Things Laboratories
In addition to the 92 co-working programs, we’re creating a statewide network of IoT labs. Through these labs, inventors, entrepreneurs, startups, and creatives will have the space and resources they need to develop technology-driven products. Each IoT lab will have work spaces, offices, labs, meeting rooms, and maker spaces. Innovative companies and entrepreneurs will have the space to work on whatever they can dream up.

Creating an entrepreneurial mentorship program
Every successful entrepreneur and business leader has experienced growth because they had someone fighting and rooting for them in their corner. Part of our mission is to connect high growth potential and innovation-driven entrepreneurs with experienced mentors. Through this mentorship program, the mentee entrepreneurs and companies will improve their success rates and accelerate their growth potential.

None of what we set out to do is possible without strong community support. In order to get communities involved, we’re taking our cause to the streets. We’re going to hold Fail Fests around the state. Pitch competitions will happen in high school classrooms. Hack-a-thons will happen wherever we can set up a computer lab. The goal is to get communities involved in the growth of their entrepreneurs.

Recruiting and developing private capital resources
Launch Indiana will be the unofficial greeter of investors and startups for the state. We’ll help venture capitalists and other investors meet and discover the innovation-driven entrepreneurs throughout the state. At the same time, we’ll work on connecting with other entrepreneurs and scale-up companies outside of the state to recruit them to Indiana.
